Service provided as-is

Timeback Solu is an early-access digital collection portfolio and intelligence platform. Availability, storage limits, support, features, and provider integrations may change while the MVP is being evaluated. The service is provided as-is and without uptime, completeness, or error-free-operation guarantees.

Collector responsibility

You are responsible for verifying collection records, uploaded content, AI suggestions, exports, and decisions made using the service. Keep your own source documents and independent backups for records that matter to you.

No appraisal, grading, authenticity, or investment advice

Estimated values are collector-entered records, not appraisals, offers, verified current prices, or real-time market data. AI identification can be wrong. Grading-review flags are organizational labels, not grade predictions or guarantees. Timeback Solu does not authenticate cards and does not provide investment, tax, legal, or financial advice.

Acceptable use

• Upload only content you have the right to store and process.
• Do not attempt to access another user’s vault, bypass limits, probe credentials, or disrupt the service.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or infringing activity.
• Do not submit secrets, payment-card details, or highly sensitive personal data in free-text fields.

Accounts, limits, and service access

Access may be limited, suspended, or removed for abuse, security risk, maintenance, legal requirements, or MVP capacity limits. Launch prices are service-planning offers; integrated checkout, recurring billing, refunds, service-level commitments, and paid-support terms are not enabled until separately agreed.

Data portability and loss risk

The CSV export is provided so users can retain card records. Export does not include the original image bytes. Managed backups must be enabled on the production database and object-storage services, and no backup or recovery result is guaranteed by this application itself.
